03-18
RoHS is a mandatory standard established by EU legislation, and its full name is the "Restriction of Hazardous Substances". This standard has been officially implemented since July 1, 2006, mainly used to standardize the materials and process standards of electronic and electrical products, making them more conducive to human health and environmental protection. The purpose of this standard is to eliminate lead, mercury, cadmium, Hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers in electrical and electronic products, and the content of lead should not exceed 0.1%. The new directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2.0) replaces the 2002/95/EC (RoHS) directive and will take effect on July 21, 2011. Compared to RoHS 2.0, the main changes are as follows:

Comprehensive solutions for the electroplating industry
1. Comprehensive solutions for electroplating industry
Electroplating is an indispensable basic process industry in the national economy, and it is also a heavy polluting industry. The exhaust gas, waste water and waste residue caused by electroplating seriously affect people's life and health. In order to improve the strength of electroplating companies, it is necessary to start from the hardware of the enterprise. Internal control testing is an indispensable link, among which product film thickness detection, RoHS harmful element detection, electroplating solution analysis, electroplating industrial wastewater, heavy metal detection in waste residue and water quality online testing are the most important. Based on strong R&D and application capabilities, Tex Instruments Co., Ltd. has developed an effective test solution especially for the electroplating industry.
