X fluorescence spectrometer
DX-320L is an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer integrating RoHS directive/halogen directive/eight heavy metals directive, and has very good lower detection limit and accuracy for elements such as lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium, bromine, chlorine, arsenic, antimony, selenium and barium.
Main Performance Advantages:
The product gathers years of RoHS detection experience and optimizes six harmful elements, particularly halogens such as Br and Cl; a modular functional design philosophy is favorable for upgrading detection element contents according to commands; by a more exquisite process, small-volume samples can be detected; more intelligent and convenient test analysis software is operated in a humanized way and has powerful functions; an all light path X-ray protection system is matched with a triple safety protection design, and software and hardware double safety interlocking is adopted to ensure radiation safety performance.
