Shenzhen Shengwangda Instruments & Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in the Strategic Emerging High-tech Industrial Park of Jiangangshan, Daqianhai. We set up a Measuring Instruments & Instrument Maintenance Service Center and a General Instrument R&D Center in Shenzhen in the year 2009. As a company mainly providing comprehensive technical service, we are mainly engaged in the repair, maintenance, leasing and sales of electronic test instruments; the design and development of industry instruments; system testing and solution design. Instruments that our maintenance service center has involved in cover optical spectrum instruments, mass spectrometers, chromatographic apparatuses and general instruments under most domestic and foreign well-known brands, such as Agilent, HP, R&S, Tektronics\Advantest, Fluke, IFR, Wavetek, Aeroflex and Anritsu. Currently, we provide a complete comprehensive service system for high-grade testing instruments of large enterprises, universities and research institutes in China as well as foreign enterprises and help to reduce costs of the enterprise.

Our main business includes: Repair and maintenance of instruments; the sales and leasing of electronic measuring instruments; system design and solution; and the design and development of industry instruments.

Shenzhen Deesev Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Deesev) is a large comprehensive third-party testing institution certified by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the PRC. With the qualification approved by China Metrology Accreditation (CMA) and China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, Deesev runs in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025. In order to adapt to new development situations and provide customers in Shenzhen, other places of China and foreign countries with more, better and faster services, we focus on carrying out analysis and testing service to environmental management substances (REACH, RoHs, etc.), continuous organic pollutants (POPs) and other environmentally harmful substances.

At present, Deesev laboratory focuses on providing services on the analysis and testing of environmental management substances (REACH, ROHS) in the electronic and electrical product supply chain and carries out water quality and environmental protection tests, and chemical safety tests to chemical products, food, agricultural products and daily consumption products at the same time.
